Our work will be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I blend traditional talk therapy with body-based practices to help you feel safe in your own skin — emotionally and physically.

In our sessions, you’ll learn how to:

  • Notice what’s happening in your body during stress or conflict

  • Understand your patterns without judgment

  • Regulate your nervous system in real time

  • Communicate your needs with more confidence and clarity

  • Heal past wounds so they stop defining your present

Therapies I Offer

Gestalt therapy helps you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in the present moment. It’s a creative, experiential approach that supports you in understanding yourself more fully and making meaningful change.

🧠 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you notice the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back and gently shift them, so you can respond to life with more clarity and confidence.

☀️ Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT supports emotional balance by teaching mindfulness, boundaries, and practical tools for managing intense feelings. It helps you stay grounded in yourself—even in the middle of big emotions or difficult relationships.

🌊 Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a gentle, structured approach to healing trauma. Using guided eye movements or tapping, it helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel overwhelming—supporting deep, lasting relief.

Attachment-based therapy focuses on how your early relationships may be shaping the way you connect with others today. By creating a safe, supportive space, we explore patterns of closeness, trust, and connection—helping you feel more secure in your relationships and within yourself.

Session Format & Fees

  • All sessions are virtual via a secure telehealth platform

  • I offer weekly 50-minute sessions

  • Contact me directly for current rates and potential sliding scale availability

Insurance

If you are currently enrolled in a PPO plan and would like to submit the cost of our sessions for reimbursement, I will provide you with a receipt called a Superbill. Please note that insurance companies require a billable diagnosis on the receipt.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount, and have I met it yet?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
